EULA - End-user license agreement - Plus for Trello

This license is for all software and services of the Plus for Trello Chrome extension, power-up, web app and Android app.

Purpose of this licence

This license agreement modifies the Chrome Store End-user license agreement (section 5.2 as of December 2016) for all users of "Plus for Trello" (the software and services) to charge for "Pro" features. "Pro" features are optional.

End-user license agreement
You agree to use "Pro" features after June 2017 only if you have a valid licence for the current yearly period. You also agree that the software may turn-off "Pro" features if there is no licence, the licence is invalid or is expired.

You also agree that the software is provided "as is", and the makers of the software (or "we") hereby disclaim any and all warranties whether express, implied or statutory. We also make no warranty that the software will meet your requirements, or the content and services will be uninterrupted, accurate or error-free.

Under no circumstances shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your access or inability to access or use the software. Without exceptions, our liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for your licence under the current billing period or zero if you did not have a valid licence at the moment of your refund request. Refunds shall be processed as a Stripe credit when purchased as a Stripe license (the default) or as a Chrome store refund when purchased from the Chrome store.

Happy ending
As you know we must put all these legal stuff. In the end we want you to be happy and productive. So far we have had no refund requests, no data corruption, no data loss and no security issues from our many hundred of thousands of users since 2013. This does not guarantee it cant happen in the future but it shows we take it seriously. Enjoy!
